Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• 5 to 7 years of HR experiences with minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role
• Knowledge and application of local employment statutory regulations, policies, and practices
• Experience in leading through change in Retail Environment is a plus

The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed.
