· Data and Reporting: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve key performance targets.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, returns, and ensure proper handling of stock take and random counts.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline procedures, ensure accurate documentation, and manage store opening, closing, and daily banking.
• Manpower & Budget Management: Plan and oversee store manpower and contribute to budget planning.
• Additional Duties: Support other tasks as assigned by superiors to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Min. 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
