This position is responsible for planning and coordinating the operations of the store, including managing the staff. Better Wellness is a TCM store that aims to assist as many clients as possible in addressing their health issues through comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
2. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
3. Assist in planning and coordinating promotional activities, including cross-selling and upselling store products and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive accurate information and personalized recommendations.
Competencies:
1. Experience in sales and marketing techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to help achieve branch sales targets.
2. Expertise in customer service best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
3. Proficient in the Chinese Language as majority of the clients are chinese speaking
