Assistant Cooks have no specific work experience requirements. However, employers prefer candidates who have worked with a cook or have experience in a kitchen-related role. Applicants who have worked in restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering agencies and hotels are ideal for this role. Candidates can also receive valuable experience through volunteering. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the protocols and procedures of the food service industry, including health and safety standards. Candidates can receive experience through formal trainings and internships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide administrative assistance to office managers on day to day operations.

· Handle a multitude of business & administrative matters including but not limited.

· Answering incoming phone calls, filtering and accurately taking messages.

· Filing and organizing documents.

· Perform basic book keeping duties.

· Organise maintenance schedule of office machines.

· Maintain office supplies & stationery.

· Data entry.

Job Requirements:

· GCE O/A Level or Equivalent

· Familiar with Microsoft Office software

· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

· Well organised with good in problem solving and decision making skills.

· With administrative assistant experienced.

· Fresh graduate and willing to learn with positive attitude are welcome

The primary duties and responsibilities of an Accounting Assistant include:

• Processing both accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Managing invoices and tax payments
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements
• Organizing financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Assist with audits and year-end financial reporting
• Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
• Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any financial discrepancies
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, and filing
• Ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements
