JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficient company operation

· Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms, manage rental agreements, and provide local services

· Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

· Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for import/export transactions, adhering to all relevant regulations.

· Maintain organized filing systems for all company documents, including invoices, order confirmations, and delivery orders.

· Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and managing company documents, as well as data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.

· Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized, coordinate supply orders, and handle minor office maintenance needs.

· Provide backup support to other departments and teams whenever necessary

You will involves extracting logs from electronics products and preparing them for hardware investigation using tools like jigs and laptops, all according to standard procedures. You’ll also help with the investigation process and enter data into both internal and authorities' systems. Regular system checks are needed to keep track of progress, and you may need to pack products for overseas investigations. Additionally, you’ll collect faulty goods from approved workshops and care centers, while keeping an updated inventory of these items.
