• Process administrative tasks such as payment approvals, purchase orders, and verification of invoices.
• Coordinate schedules for both full time and part time coaches.
• Ensure all operational aspects of HR are efficiently managed to support organizational needs.
• Provide support in fundraising activities as required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR and/or Administrative roles.

Education: Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.

This role will focus on AP, reconciliation of transactions, financial reporting and bank reconciliation. You will assist with AR whenever needed, involve in month end and year end closing and assist auditors with their queries.
