Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide general front desk administrative support to the therapists and teachers to ensure smooth operations in the centre.
• Maintaining therapists and teachers calendars, assisting in scheduling and rescheduling of therapy sessions and meetings
• Professional engagement with prospective clients to increase overall sales and client retention including understanding and sharing of company collaterals and brochures. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the accounting department in various functions, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and contributing to the smooth running of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide support in processing payroll for both office staff and ship crew, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing payments to vendors, recording customer receipts, and managing outstanding invoices.
