• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
• Updates managers by consolidating, analysing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotion
• Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarising expenses, and forwarding for reimbursement.
• Update customer records in the company database as required
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Assistant Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

1. Responsible for daily warehouse duties and ensure smooth operation. Pick and pack in warehouse. 负责仓库日常事务，在仓库根据订单拿货打包。

2. Able to read simple English product names. 会读简单英文。

3. Performs other adhoc duties as assigned such as installation of company's product outside of warehouse负责其定的职责包括去客户家做产品组装。

5.5 days / 5.5天

MON to FRI: 8:30am-5:30pm

SAT: 8:30am-12:30pm

5. Expected salary from $1900. 薪资根据经验$1900以上。

6. 13th month bonus salary, annual leave, MC, PH. 13薪，年假病假公共假期。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. No experience required. Willingness to learn. 本地人，无经验要求，愿意学习。

2. Prior warehousing experience will be given priority. 有仓库工作经验优先。

• Prepare delivery order
• Perform administrative duties including documentation collection, distribution and filling
• Update and compile logistics related daily and monthly reports
• Maintain and update stock inventory and location
• Assist to answer phone calls and message taking
• Other logistics related duties as assigned
• Experience in administrative duties and data entry
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Able to work under fast pace environment and perform overtimes when required

Working Day : 5.5 days

Working Time : 8.30am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm
