Job Description

• To receive and inspect incoming goods from vendors and to ensure the items received are correct
• Record goods into the system
• Stock items in designated locations
• Issue items and to ensure the items issued are correct (e.g. description, quantity, etc)
• To sort, pick and prepare items for collection/delivery.
• Daily operations (receiving, issuing of items, FIFO management)
• Able to minimize stock loss
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Office , Excel
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Meticulous and fast learner
• Night shift with 6 days work
• Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage

HR Functions

· Assist in recruitment and hiring process for Direct employee

· Prepare and monitor work permit (new or renewal) for Direct employee

· Prepare letters for direct employee: employment / salary adjustment /increment / promotional

· Update foreign workers levy report

· Prepare payroll for direct workers /staff

· Income tax submission for direct Foreign Worker

· Maintenance of hard copy / soft copy of personal files for direct employees

· Apply leave, scan MC, leave form into InfoTech system on behalf of the production worker

· Check Infotech system on direct staff attendance (ensure all are up to date)

· Assist in staff on boarding process such as create & issuing door access and uniform

· Preparing for Account opening for Direct workers

· Generate and prepare daily attendance record

· Coordinate BCA Core-trade training & CSOC procedure

· Apply Entry permit for new staff or existing staff from oversea

. Any other adhoc duties assigned

General admin duties

· Assist in company events

· Assist in handling staff housing issues

· Flight booking for foreign workers on home leave and repatriation

· Updating of monthly staff contact List

· Checking CCTV and door access

· Update MHC system, issue MHC card to staff, download invoices etc

· Any other job as assign by the Management

Job Description

Responsibilities
-Assist in Full Spectrum of HR
-Manage whole payroll process timely and accurately and compliance to statutory requirement including CPF
-Staff onboarding and offboarding, resolving conflicts and internal disciplinary /counselling on staff
-Daily Administrative work and settlement of receivables and payable.
-Assist & Cover Accounts & HR Department on Filing, daily duties and data entry.

Requirements
-Able to Start Work immediately
-Minimum Diploma or Accounts /HRM related course of studies
-Minimum 1 year of HR, accounts or Admin experience
-Knowledge of employment legislation preferred
-Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills
-Proactive and can work independent
-Good listening and speaking skills

• 1. Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP
• 2. Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM).
• 3. Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team and other departments (relationship management).
• 4. Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional suppliers for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.
• 5. Generate purchase order and forward to respective suppliers.
• 6. Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and project.
• 7. Maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company’s SOP
• 8. Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order as needed
• 9. Prepare and distribute procurement and delivery report to respective department timely.
• 10. Keep abreast of market/price situation and conduct regular price comparison
• 11. Liaise with Supply Chain Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.
• 12. Taking responsibility for purchasing of goods during all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.
• 13. Submit weekly report to manager/superior reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issues.
• 14. Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manage
