Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and sending quotations.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, filing, mailing out invoices etc.)
• Submit Weekly/Monthly report.
• Tracking quotation status and follow-up on payment
• Ad hoc duties will be assigned if applicable.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

• Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.

• Staff supervision and mentoring

• Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.

• Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets

• Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.

• Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA).

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)

• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin

• At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
