Shipping Coordinator

Working days & time: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
Location: near Geylang Bahru

Responsibilities:

• Handling import & export shipping documents
• Handling PO, DO, and billing
• Coordinate with supplier, and other department
• Key in invoices (packing list , check BL, form D)
• Generating invoices to the closing of files
• Other logistics/shipping administrative duties assigned
• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies

Requirement:

• Relevant experience
