Job Scope

• Assist with the 2024 project tagging backlog in Xero. In order to have a more accurate project profitability, project cost-of-goods-sold must be tagged correctly to each project.
• Ensure all required forms related to creation and termination of clients and projects are completed by following up with the business teams to receive properly completed job Open and/or Job Close sheets for 2024.
• Assist with checking 2024 Job Close Sheets vendor COGS submitted by business team against Xero Projects to ensure proper reconciliation to Gross Profit. Check such 2024 COGS to ensure that no costs have been missed billing back to clients.
• Assist in checking centralised transport and courier charges for 2024 to ensure such charges are also tagged to the right projects.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of Xero experience with Projects preferred
• Knowledge of project accounting
