· Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures. Propose, implement/improve, and maintain HR system data integrity.

· Main contact person of specific HR duties both externally and internally., including Japanese-speaking counterparts such as multiple departments (HR, Finance, IR, Sales, Internal Audit) of headquarter in Tokyo, JCCI, JETRO, recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations related to the organization design & planning, organization development, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, training & development, risk management.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
• Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
• Support employee career development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building initiatives.
• Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure consistent and fair assessments. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and evaluating employee achievements.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing administrative tasks. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
