Gross Salary: S$3,000 (including fixed allowance and variable commission)

Client is a government-owned investment company who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to 3 Senior Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (i.e. flight, transport, accommodation, visa application, itinerary coordination)
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and minutes taking, post meeting follow-ups for executives
• Manage emails and telephone calls professionally, re-direct or take messages and proactively deal with issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as an executive assistant in the Banking/ Finance industry
• Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required to effectively support Japanese Senior Manager(s)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
