HR & Office Admin Assistant

Work Location: West

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR admin and office support
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Assist in daily HR operations, including handling staff queries on claims, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Maintain and update employee records and resources, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the creation of training materials, e-learning guides, and facilitate training activities.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support welfare initiatives.
• Collaborate on HR budgeting and ensure compliance with PDPA guidelines and reviews.
• Plan and coordinate employee recreational activities, events, and wellness programs.
• Backup support for other HR functions, ensuring continuity in operations.
• Liaise with building management on maintenance, repairs, and services to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
• Manage office inventory, procurement, and stock records, ensuring sufficient supplies and proper documentation.
• Maintain the upkeep and functionality of office equipment and consumables.
• Provide administrative support for various projects and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
• Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
• Working platforms: MS Office 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Timesoft for HRIS.
