Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform to enhance HR operations and improve employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analyze data on the competencies required and gaps identified in the department for the training needs analysis based on current and future business requirements
