Job Purpose

The Associate/Senior Associate will ensure the admin delivery of the scope of HR and Payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the opening and closing of bank accounts, including liaise with banks for all banking administrative matters
• Data entry and provision of finance reports using Excel in regard to bank related information.
• Supporting clients’ onboarding and continuous compliance program (excluding screening)
• Review service agreements
• Check suppliers’ invoices in respect of payroll software

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines / Experienced career switchers or emerging professional / Up to 2 years of relevant experience in international companies or professional firms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Organisational, event and administration skills
