Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)

Job Overview

The HR Executive will focus on managing payroll for up to 50 employees, handling work pass (WP) applications and renewals, coordinating worker training applications and renewals, and calculating project labor costs. • Maintain updated records of workers’ certifications and training status.

4. Project Labor Cost Calculation

• Track and calculate project labor costs, including regular hours, overtime, and any other applicable expenses.
• Prepare detailed labor cost reports for ongoing and completed projects to assist in profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with production managers to ensure accurate allocation of labor costs to specific projects.
• Must meet deadlines for labor cost reporting on date 7th each month.

5. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all HR-related activities.
• Prepare regular reports on payroll, work pass, and training activities for management review.
• Keep management informed about cost trends and compliance issues.

6. General HR Support

• Support onboarding for new workers, including documentation and orientation
• Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed, eg. Order stationery, restock pantry Drinks.
