• Represent Clinic as a front line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any coures
• No exp needed, training provided
• Able to start immediately
