Candidate Profile:

• Preferred Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work; other diplomas considered.
• Excellent organizational skills, adept at supporting and enhancing social work interventions.
• Highly proficient in both oral and written communication, with strength in English.
• Resourceful and highly skilled at collaborating with various government agencies to secure effective solutions for the community.
• In-depth knowledge and keen ability to interpret relevant policies and schemes that impact clients.
• Mature and independent, possessing a positive work attitude while excelling as a team player.

• Manage the project scope, monitor project costing and forecasts, and develop/ maintain the project quality plan.
• Responsible to develop and update the project risk management plan, project team organization chart, and perform project communications/reporting.
• The job scope will cover the complete application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, integration, UAT and rollout of the IT project.
• Knowledge and experienced in the following technology areas will be advantageous: J2EE based solution & development for WebSphere/Weblogic Application Servers and Oracle/MSSQL Database Servers./ .NET based application development
• Project Management Certifications such as CITPM or PMP or Agile related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous

• Hands-on experience of coordination between the IT business lines and IT team (various locations) and as primary functional support for development teams Good experience in managing small to medium-sized projects (iterative or agile).
• Experience in writing test documents and performing functional tests
• Ability to anticipate risks
• Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools (including MS Project).
• Proficient in SQL database queries
• Ability to prepare dataset for analysis and validation purposes
• Liaise with project stakeholders ( onshore IT teams, and business users ) in defining detailed functional specifications and clarifications
• Report and escalate key risks, and issues related to testing to project manager

Job Requirements:

• Min ITE & above
• Preferred to have class 3 driving license
