• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation and special projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Prepare paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination.
• Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff.
• Maintain employee leave records and update HR employee database change.
