Qualification and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related degree equivalent or recognised post-graduate diploma in a related field; a Masters degree is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a management consultant in HR/HCD/OD or in a relevant position
• Proficiency and experience in HR/HCD functions
• Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
