• Prepare payroll and manage related processes, including CPF, IRAS filings, and Foreign Worker Levy.
• Manage recruitment and selection activities, such as posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, candidate screening, and preparing employment contracts.
• Oversee foreign employee MOM pass applications and document verification.
• Contribute to training and development planning, including the company's FY budget review.
• Act as a credit controller.
• Handle IT and infrastructure maintenance (administrative).
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

【 Requirements 】

• Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with local labor legislation, including the Employment Act.
• Experience in accounting is a plus.
• Proactive work attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Available to start on short notice or immediately.

• Support the HR Shared Services on onboarding administrative and day to day administrative work
• Provide support to the data inception team to ensure smooth delivery of HR Shared Services
• Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records/relevant documents for data inception
• Administration of pass applications
• Extracting monthly data
• Tabulating monthly data for submission to Finance for payment
• Prepare and issue necessary documents to staff
• Update status in HR System
• Creation of P-files for new hires and ensuring proper housekeeping of P-files
• Any other tasks as assigned
