Our client, a well-established company in the commodities sector, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate/HR Officer to support its dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities
- International Mobility Support: Assist in managing end-to-end international relocation processes, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements, and adherence to global tax and mobility policies.
- HR Operations: Support the employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and HR administrative tasks related to relocation and mobility.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, mobility benefits, and addressing related queries effectively.
- Compliance & Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll entries, including tax provisions, incentive payouts, and any mobility-related compensation adjustments.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on mobility cases, salary details, and HR metrics. Assist in reporting requirements such as income tax filings for international employees and government surveys.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Work closely with the HR and remuneration teams to execute HR initiatives that enhance processes and improve the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a good grasp of data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of international mobility processes and compensation & benefits practices is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
