Job Description

Project Sales

• Approach Developers & Consultants to deliver compelling proposals for our premium range of kitchen appliances (Hob, Hood, Ovens, Refrigerators & Wine Chillers)
• Develop business and product strategies to pursue potential clients and establish new partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends
• To manage the project sales process from project specifications till closing

Export Sales

• Lead the sales development of our distributors thru strategies that aligns with our company objectives
• Explore and expand into new markets thru networking and developing relationship with prospective partners
• Collaborate with marketing and technical department to provide support to our distributors

Administrative

• Prepare and present sales forecast to management
• Provide regular updates and progress to the management,

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales or related field
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience; project sales experience will be an advantage
• Experienced in business plan, forecasting and budgeting
• Willingness to travel for work (at least once a month - Around Asia)

Jewellery Designer

Location: Orchard Road
Working Days: 5-day (rotating shift)
Working Hours: 10.45am – 9pm
Salary: $2,400- $3,300

Job Description:

The Role:

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs.

This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product.

You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. As a designer, you need to be able to discuss a range of design options and formulate creative original ideas. You would be required to sketch out ideas and designs, sometime using computer-aided design (CAD), to help the client visualize the final design.

Skills:

• Formal training in Jewellery Design
• Drawing and computer design skills to produce designs
• Work with deadlines
• Commercial awareness and practical knowledge when designing

Requirements:

• Advanced skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Trade Operations Officer

• Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,300
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.
