Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies, coordinating administrative support services, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. The HR and Admin Manager plays a key role in supporting company culture, employee engagement, and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Manage all HR-related activities for Singapore offices, including payroll using OpenSoft for approximately 150 headcounts.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.
- Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the organization.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee office operations, including managing administrative staff and office facilities.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes, such as document management and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate wellness programs, team-building activities, and employee recognition events.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they meet employee needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare HR and administrative reports for management, including employee turnover, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
· Analyze trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software (OpenSoft Payroll will be an added advantage), office management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
