• Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc
• Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers.
• Plan weekly sales calls
• Follow up on all sales leads.
• Submit Daily and weekly reports to management.
• Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers/customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc.
• Responsible for the “P&L – Profit and Loss”
• Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
• Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Duties:

· Handle daily administrative tasks and data entry.

· Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries via email, and provide necessary information.

· Provide day to day administrative support to HR department.

· Plan, schedule courier schedules and keep customers informed.

· Prepare delivery orders (DO), and invoices accurately and promptly.

· Collection of mails, scan and send to clients.

· Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent Proficient in MS Office Relevant experiences will be an advantage.

· Min. 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
