• Monitor eCommerce websites to ensure proper functionality of links/pages
• Monitor inventory clearance levels
• Monitor selling data history and provide 3rd party buy guidance
• Launch new customer acquisition programs
• Involved in conceptual development of all email communications with team
• Assist with the development of new email content and strategies to increase conversion
• Liaise with sales team for planning
• Execute and manage all steps of the purchase order process
• Enter all markdowns and on-line promotions into system
• Analyze sales trends and use learnings to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience E-Commerce
• Experience in the design, production and optimization of e-Commerce or related creative design field
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and technology (search, display, affiliates, email marketing, partnerships, Google Analytics and Google Tech Stack)
• Web analytics and analysis expertise
• Advanced Google Analytics Skill

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Manager, Retail Operations, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Assistant Manager, Retail Operations:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
