• 4 days on Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM
• 1 day on PM Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• 1 Saturday per month on AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PMThe following Monday will be a day off.
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff.
• Oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Support staff training and development.
• Deliver quality care, particularly in a geriatric setting, and manage patient care plans effectively

Position: Contract Accounts Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing: Update and process invoices into SAP.
2. Payment Runs: Ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
3. Reconciliation: Handle statement of accounts (SOA) reconciliation.
4. Month-End Support: Assist with month-end financial closing processes.
5. Communication:Answer finance-related phone calls.
   Monitor and respond to the AP mailbox.
   
6. Refunds and Reports:Process patient refunds weekly.
   Extract and input figures for GST reporting.
   
7. Vendor Data: Provide documentation for vendor master data creation.
8. Audit and Scheduling: Update audit schedules as needed.
9. Ad-Hoc Duties: Support the finance team with additional tasks as assigned.

Operations
