Responsibilities:

• Lead and support improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success
• Analyze and optimize operations processes and workflows using CI tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Gemba. Implement strategies to enhance operations efficiency, reduce cost and improve on quality
• Implement Global Operations Standards across all operations, ensuring adherence to standards (E.g. 5S, Labour Management, CI, Process Management). Capture and share best practices using knowledge management techniques.
• Lead projects aimed at improving operations/ labour efficiency, cost reduction and quality. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, in scope with intended outcomes
• Develop and maintain dashboards on KPIs for Ops Excellence. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management, with insights to influence key Ops Excellence decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• Certified Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations excellence, continuous improvement or process optimization within logistics supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
