• The HR Executive is responsible for handling the administration of day-to-day HR duties and operations in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. He/She is responsible in supporting the Regional HR Manager on compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and employee engagement activities.
• Payroll administration for SEAP subsidiaries with external payroll service provider
• Prepare data for employee annual income reporting to IRAS and/or IR21 filling
• Support internal & external audit on payroll queries
• Source competitive quotes and maintain group insurance coverage (Term Life/Accidental/Health/Travel/Motor/Workmen Comp)

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare payroll for employees in both Singapore and Malaysia offices.
• Oversee the entire payroll process, including tracking changes, processing payments, generating payslips, CPF submissions, annual IR8A, and managing MINDEF and maternity leave.
• Update, organize, and track personnel records, including career growth, salary changes, and attendance.
• Manage the work pass process, including preparing, submitting, updating, renewing, or canceling passes.
• Liaise with relevant parties to manage employee benefits, including housing, car rentals, and relocation services.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination notices.
• Oversee the checklist for employee arrivals and departures, including IT setup, exit interviews, and returning company property.
• Monitor probation periods and issue confirmation notices accordingly.
• Manage insurance enrollments and removals for new hires and departing employees.

• Ensure the timely completion of assembly builds and tests in compliance with specified requirements, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assist with gas panel assembly, encompassing the initial stages of pallet assembly, leak testing, and integration, as well as the final stages of functional testing and final quality control inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry.
• Able to understand schematic and mechanical drawings.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.
• Proactive in assess and proposing talent sourcing posting adverts or any other relevant channels or methods.

Job Purpose:

To support the HR department by managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position ensures that all HR functions are performed in compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
