Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

• Support the development and implementation of a HR investigations framework to investigate employment related concerns and Non-Financial Misconduct (NFM) matters, such as grievances, allegations of unfair treatment, bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation (HR investigations).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Business Executive to Leaders and Managers

- Serve as a liaison between business units and HR to understand business priorities and assess needs in staffing, organization design, performance management, employee relations, talent management and career development.
