Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and completion of export formalities shipments documents
• Liaising with customers and overseas office for export shipment arrangements
• Booking airfreight space with airlines and dealing with terminal for cargo lodgments
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in the Airfreight and Logistics industry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts receivable/payable
• Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Perform monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Handle inter-company billing and settlements
• Handle company full-set of accounts
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
