Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $1800-$1900

-Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-6.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

-Able to perform overtime. Take home salary $2500-$3000

• Handle daily routine of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

• Data entry for AR & AP transactions into SAGE (ACCPAC) system.

• Assist in AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely payment preparation to suppliers.

• Perform monthly reconciliation for AR/AP and costing transactions

• Handle PO invoice entry & posting

• Update daily cashbook and bank reconciliation for month end

• Check staff claims for Thailand Rep Office

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Personal to source and secure new potential customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer database and secure new accounts.

Job Description:

• Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship
• Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
• Follow up on sale leads, close sales contracts, invoice and payments
• Canvass and secure new accounts
• Responsible for B2B sales account management and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (preferred with Global and local sales in the Freight Forwarding industry)
• Achieve sales objective
• Able to work independently with pro-active attitude
• Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise
• Successful experience in identifying, qualifying and closing new businesses
• Good presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operating forklift while ensuring safe handling of cargoes
Perform monthly stock taking to ensure accurate inventory
Correct picking and storage of cargoes from location
Capable of containment in case of minor cargo spillage
Safe handling of cargoes
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a valid forklift license
• At least 2 Years of forklift driving experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic understanding on shipping & warehousing knowledge
• Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented

Working arrangement:

Morning Shift:

Mon - Fri: 8:00am to 5;00pm

Sat: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Night Shift

Mon - Fri: 9:00pm to 6:00am

Sat: 9:00pm - 1:00am
