In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, stock-inventory and to support the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

· Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes

· Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

· Assisting with the preparation of HR at the company and administrative roles

· Coordinating employee personal data documentation and administration

· Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives

· Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.

· Answering HR-related queries from employees

· Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation

· Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation

· Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing

· Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc

What we're looking for

· Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws

· Hard-working, good organization & scheduling

· Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff

· Neat & organize in filing

· Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

· Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)

· Location: Lower Delta Road (nearest MRT Tiong Bahru)
