HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the development and publication of job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Draft and finalize employment contracts, overseeing the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.

Job Requirements:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business units, providing expert advice on HR matters and aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations.
