3 working days per week.
Working hours are from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour break for lunch).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (not limited to) which includes preparing job description, posting of job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating, scheduling the interviews, conducting reference checks, following up with the hiring managers and notifying candidates of the interviews outcome.
2. Pre-onboarding arrangement such as pre-employment check-up.
3. Other administrative duties such as updating HR records, checking invoices, filing.
Qualifications:
-Minimum a Diploma in HR or Business Administration
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Excellent communication, written, organisational and interpersonal skills
