Accounting Responsibilities:

• Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transaction
• Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher and Cheque Payment to Supplier
• Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)
• Monitoring cash flow, and aging report
• Daily bookkeeping
• Monitor A/R & A/P
• Profit Balance Loss
• Xero software knowledge would be advantage

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with foreign employee related queries
• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
• Assist with Payroll
• Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event
• Infotech knowledge would be advantage

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Handle company confidential documents
• General administrative duties
• Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram

Requirements:

• Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently

Job Responsibility:

• Assist with the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Maintain & updating staff personal file.
• Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Administer staff benefits such as leave records, insurance claim, medical claim etc.
• Process government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement etc
• Process training applications and filing for training grants.
• Liaise with Government agencies on relevant funding, applications, and claims.
• Prepare Monthly HR Reports.
• To provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
• Any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirement:

• Minimum “O” level or diploma
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in administrative duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proactive, able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Ability to communication with different types of background (elderly/Foreign worker)

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the HR team to review, formulate and implement HR policies, initiatives and processes to support client’s mission and goals in the area of Talent Attraction.
• This role requires you to work in partnership with line departments to understand their manpower requirements and implement effective staffing strategies to meet these needs.
• You will be involved in the entire spectrum of the recruitment process, on-boarding and internal deployment of staff.
• You will also support other HR workstreams/projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in any discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Highly adaptable, versatile and able to multi-task in a dynamic and changing environment
• Sharp and analytical mind with initiative and drive
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a good team player

Contract Period: 2 years

Working Arrangement: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: $3300 to $3500 / month
