1. Company Overview
ECHOMARKETING SG PTE.LTD. operates both offline and online channels under Daily&Co. We introduce popular Korean brands to the Singapore market, including the mattress brand Mongze, the massager brand Klug, Korea's No.1 athleisure brand andar, the vegan brand Titad, and the cosmetics brand Mixsoon. Additionally, we plan to continue bringing outstanding products loved in Korea to the Singapore market and, ultimately, expand into the Southeast Asian market.
2. Responsibilities
POS Setting
- Regularly update the POS system to reflect new promotions, discounts, or product listings.
- Reconcile daily sales reports with the POS system
Stock Management
- Ensure timely restocking of promotional items
Staff Training
- Train staff to deeply understand the brand and products, enabling them to engage with customers naturally and effectively.
Daily Briefings
- Share important updates about promotions, new arrivals, or operational changes with the team at the start of the shift.
Store Events
- Develop and execute in-store promotions, discounts, or events that align with seasonal themes or special occasions, driving foot traffic and boosting sales.
- Design and execute store layouts and displays based on seasonal trends or upcoming events to enhance customer engagement.
3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms(Shopify) is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage, optimize, and maintain product listings and inventory across both online and offline channels is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners are preferred.
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude toward inventory management and ensuring cross-channel consistency are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, point-of-sale systems) is preferred.
