Here at Moleac, we are a company aiming to address the needs of patient’s recovery from a loss of brain functions after a brain injury as well as cognitive deficits. In our small and dynamic Medical Affairs Department, you will play an important role in supporting the clinical studies we undertake and will have abundant opportunities to learn the entire clinical study process. · Support the investigators in implementing clinical trials protocols:

The Role

In this position, you will be working on backend components to support existing technology-based platforms that collect, analyse and act on data related to in-flight employee fatigue. As a member of our team, you will work closely with software engineers, data analysts, project managers and external partners to deploy back-facing software systems for use in existing platforms towards managing employee fatigue. Job Descriptions:

• Assist Operations Managers in day-to-day operational tasks for clients within the assigned region.
• Receive and process shipment information from clients, including invoices, HAWB, PL, datasheets, etc.
• Track shipments through various web pages (DHL, FedEx, UPS), agents, or direct contact with other offices.
• Coordinate phone calls with agents to resolve issues if needed.
• Perform data entry, create shipments, and upload shipment information to the company’s operative system.

• Escalate to Ops Manager for any situation/issues that cannot be resolved directly or require strategic guidance/decision.
• Support in the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Prepare reports as requested by Ops or Regional Manager.
• Engage in administrative and operational activities based on company needs.

Job Requirements：

• Minimum experience 1 to 2 years on similar positions.

Job Description

• Daily vehicle maintenance checks
