Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.
• Processing customers’ purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensure orders are scheduled and ship out on time.
• To coordinate with shipping team on import and export shipment matters.
• Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.
• Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.
• Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports, sales figure updates and any additional requests.
• To undertake related duties as and when necessary.
• Coordinates with Sales Team, Supply chain, Marketing, Finance and Product Development.

Requirements:

• With 2 years’ experience as sales coordinator.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (E.g.: Pivot Table / VLOOKUP) for data analysis and research.
• Knowledge in SAP will be advantage.
