Job Description / Duties:

• Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company
• In charge of onboarding/ off-boarding of employees
• Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing/ Recruitment industry will be added advantage

• Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures

Operation Assistant ( Hostel )
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Sunday, Thursday Off)
Working Hours: 10am – 10pm
Office: Orchard
Salary: $ 1400 + $ 600 allowance

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Hostel Management and Facilities Management for HOSTEL matters which includes

• Checking of students boarding / returning from school
• Reception tasks which include visitor records, delivery pick up etc
• Tabulating of occurrences & service order
• Servicing of air con units
• Cleanliness of hostel vicinity including swimming pool, gym, basement, attic and common area
• Fogging and baiting on alternate days; 3 times / week
• Gardening, area cleaning 1 time / week
• Check for vandalism and defect, attend to minor repairs, maintenance / operating of hostel appliances
• Accompany students for doctors’ outpatient / hospital visits
• Assist SM / Couse Consultant to check on students in hostel when required
• Assist in logistic and Ad-hoc matters as and when required
