Salary : $2,500 - $3,200 + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
• Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant
• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

Job Description:

• Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences.
• Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details.
• Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details.
• Collaborate with partner organizations (Combi Supplier) to share travel itineraries for client coordination.
• Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, account growth, plans and strategies in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and designated countries.
• Proactively creating new business opportunities with new and existing customers through corporate presentation.
• Provide first line technical support to distributors and customers of which providing technical or application knowledge and answering on technical questions to customers.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction and good customer relationships by ensuring the timely satisfaction of customers' needs and complaints in a professional manner.
• Execute market research and surveys, monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Ensure all orders are being delivered on time.
• Preparation of various reports. Eg, sales budget, monthly sales estimation and customers visiting reports.
• Liaise with accounts department about the payment collections and payment related transactions.
• Provide after-sales support. Eg, following up customers' feedback.

Requirements

• Chemical knowledge in Plastics and Cosmetics is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of chemical sales experience in Food Ingredients business.
• Salary will be commensurate with experiences and background.
• Able to travel to overseas to visit customers.
