• Leads key human resources processes and initiatives such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, retention and change management.

• Develop and regularly update company policies, employment contracts and the employee handbook. Ensures proper administration of company policies and compliance training, in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
• Liaise with key vendors including LinkedIn, various insurance providers, Telum, and Paymo (timesheet management tool) to support business operations, including providing new hire training on Paymo for accurate timesheet recording and generating and distributing timesheet reports where necessary.
• Serves as advocate to both employee and company regarding employee performance as well as day-to-day working environment. Counsel employees and/or managers regarding a variety of issues.
• Manages compensation process to ensure adherence to company guidelines and monitors salary/grade levels for competitiveness in industry and fairness in company.
• Lead all employee relations with professional grace, lead investigations to resolve issues/conflict in the workplace, act as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and ensure it is administered in fair manner and meets all legal and labor regulations, advice managers in determining appropriate disciplinary plans of action.
• Lead the development and implementation of employee communication programs and ensures the employees are aware of the agency’s policies, programs, and management goals.
• Develop and lead learning & development programs such as designing and implementing tailored training programs for core PR skillsets within the company.
• Organizes and leads employee engagement events and wellbeing initiatives for employees to foster a positive work environment, including but not limited to work anniversaries and birthdays, company events such as the Klareco Teal Party.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources function; Master’s degree a plus.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role of an Associate Relationship Manager (Associate RM) is linked to the respective internal development programme. It is therefore a transitional role for a limited period of time (generally 3 years), with the overall aim of the Associate RM becoming a Relationship Manager (RM) after the successful completion of the programme. The present role profile describes the key features of the position towards the end of the programme, not at the very beginning.

The Associate RM is part of a front team and serves private clients of the Bank in close collaboration with one or several senior Relationship Managers, other team members, and specialists.
