Duties and Responsibilities:

The Portfolio Management department is seeking an Investment Associate to work directly with the Senior Leadership across the range of IIX’s portfolio management activities. The candidate will, under the guidance of the Senior Leadership team, be responsible for implementing the investment strategies of IIX’s various portfolios. Section A: Objectives/Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will support the execution of planned changes at our Singapore sites, focusing on hardware replacements, troubleshooting, and installations. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime during change implementations.

• Network Equipment Familiarity: Understand and work with network devices and their components, including fibre and copper cables.
• Support Planned Activities: Participate in early morning green zone activities (between 11pm and 6am) two to three times weekly within Singapore, as required.
• On-site Hardware Support: Execute hardware changes, including the physical replacement and installation of network devices, plugin of USB media, organize the fibre/copper cables in preparation for planned activities and other equipment as per change requests.

• Console Setup: Provide console connection as needed during planned activities.
