• Supporting daily HR functions.
• Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
• Make arrangements for workers dormitory and medical check-up upon workers' arrival and monitoring of dormitory movement.
• Arrange flight ticket for workers.
• Managing and maintaining employee data in the system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Carry out end to end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures and staff training
• To handle end to end passes related issues such as work pass application, S-Pass, EP, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration etc;
• Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation and other HR related letters;
• Handling government related matters including company quota, worker’s levy and etc;
• Good knowledge of MOM Employment act;
• To handle end to end BCA matters such as application & renewal for the corporate licences/certification
• To handle end to end ISO
• To renew company insurances and process claims, if any
• Prepare quotation & tender if any
• Any Ad-hoc matters.

Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

We are looking for a sustainability associate with good understanding of Life Cycle Assessment and Product Carbon Footprint. With your expertise on Life Cycle Assessment and Greenhouse Gasses topics, you will support the sustainability team in challenging LCA and GHG projects contributing to the development of the global sustainability program.

You will help building and ramping up services that support the transition of the companies towards a Circular Economy for their products and services being part of a team of specialists in the execution of these services.

This individual will be experiencing a fast-learning curve environment and should have experience of working with large quantities of data and able to synthesis and interpret data into meaningful and material conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop into assessing/auditing in sustainability projects with a focus on life cycle assessment and product carbon footprint studies for a variety of industries and customers.
• Support the sustainability team in addressing requests from the market, taking part to the full process since the pre-engagement stage contributing to the growing business of product sustainability for ASEAN.
• Supporting the sustainability team in establishing and maintaining the relevant sustainability technical knowledge by forging strong relationships with internal and external experts, academic and research institutions, technical/scientific institutions, industrial associations, and regulatory authorities (government agencies, pilot customers).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MSc in environmental science, environmental engineering or similar discipline, preferably with a specialization in Sustainability or LCA
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LCA/PCF services in consulting, third-party bodies, industry and/or academic contexts
• Good knowledge of LCA/GHG based services and related standards (ISO 14040-14044, UNI EN 15804, ISO 14025, Carbon Footprint of product/service/organization according to ISO 14067, ISO 14064, GHG Protocol).
• Familiarity with LCA databases (e.g., Ecoinvent, etc.)
• Experience with LCA Software; Simapro preferred
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Self-organized; Works independently and on schedule
• Good understanding on these key topics: climate change, resource efficiency, energy, carbon, sustainable materials, and supply chains
• Curious and creative.
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• A strong interest in sustainability solutions for business

· Manage end-to-end recruitment function

· Posting & drafting job advertisement via various job portals; liaison with recruitment agency for recruitment needs;

· Identify talent needs within the organization and source for suitable candidates to fill the roles within given timeline

· Oversee and manage recruitment cycle – identify suitable recruitment channels, screening of resumes, interviews with candidates, preparation of salary proposal and job offers

· Handles on-boarding and off boarding procedures and its administrative works including conducting orientation, introduction of the organization and compiling of required documentation for proper filing, recording, lettering, updating HR system and maintaining of employee personal files etc.

· Prepare employment related contract and/or other letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion etc.

· Oversee and manage renewal of employees’ contracts and work pass renewals for foreign employees

· Handles HR related benefits administration, liaison with vendors, review of benefits and communication of information to employees.

· Responsible for the full HR SAP system, upkeep and maintenance for accuracy of data and information

· Backup support for some payroll administration

· Provide supporting role to HR Manager
