Key Responsibility Areas
1. Programme planning, implementation and evaluation
- Plan systemically in programme rationale, goals, objective, strategies, implementation steps, budget and evaluation (in particular, in-person and cyber outreach initiatives, peer mentoring and caregiver engagement, basic emotional support and monitoring programmes)
- Deliver programme/activities/training for targeted group and gather relevant data or information for evaluation
- Network and tap on external resources
- Work with colleagues to identify new programmes or areas of need
2. Programme Coordination
- Coordinate programme and see to the successful accomplishments of its quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Liaise with stakeholders to organise and implement programmes and events
- Solve problems and troubleshoot
- Develop and maintain corporate partnership as part of resourcing
- Manage programme budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
3. Volunteer engagement and development
- Recruit and engage volunteers
- Manage volunteer database
- Develop and train volunteers
- Develop and implement strategies to sustain volunteers
4. Engagement, screening and service linkage
- Engage, assess, link to services and evaluate practice
- Understand client groups and manage associated risk and protective factors

5. Group Work
- Use of underlying theories to inform group work practice
- Support in formation , conduct/facilitation and assessment of groups
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate group work program
6. Documentation and Report Writing
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Assist in external proposal and report writing
- Document and maintain programme files and prepare programme reports according to documentation standards
- Ensure that reports are clear and concise
7. Self leadership
- Analyse own learning needs to identify personal/professional development goals
- Analyse own self-care plans to identify recurring issues that upset balance between personal and professional lives.
8. Organizational development
- Support in projects or assignments aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness
