Our client is a FMCG Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Associate (Inventory Management) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage demand planning and ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels in distribution centers and warehouses
• Collaborate with a team of inventory planners to meet Service Level and Costing KPIs while resolving operational issues
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations
• Handle inventory-related matters, including clearance of short shelf-life or aging stock, resolving stock discrepancies, processing store allocations, and generating reports
• Oversee stock allocation to various store formats
• Participate in projects and contribute to process improvements within the organization

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP systems (advantageous)

Job Summary

As a customer-focused role, this position is responsible to provide efficient services and attending to all guests professionally in accordance to the standards set out by the Company, and to assists with smooth daily operational activities in the TWG Salon & Boutique. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position will be situated in the Tea Salon & Boutique and is required to follow the weekly duty roster as planned out by the Store Manager.

Job Descriptions

· Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests

· Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly

· Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of Salon & Boutique operations

· Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to NEA’s policy

· To ensure neatness and cleanliness of service ware

· Promote and sell our range of products and food and beverage items to walk-in customers

· Attending to customers’ needs, complaints and enquiries

· Provide guests with gift wrapping service in accordance to TWG Tea Company’s standards

· Receiving and checking the inventory of goods and supplies

· Handling of cash, POS system, and report of take-in-cash when on duty

Requirements

· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B / Retail Operations, preferably in luxury goods industry

· Pleasant and well-groomed

· Welcoming personality

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Hands-on and customer-focused role, hence we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness

· High initiative and positive attitude

· 5 days’ work week, including weekends/public holidays
