Job Description:

• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
• Issue and track Admin-related Purchase Orders.
• Distribute uniforms and accessories to new hires, updating inventory records annually.
• Coordinate with Finance and suppliers for invoice payments
• Verify business expense claims and manage leave records.
• Maintain employee files and HR documents.
• Prepare HR headcount reports for submission.
• Screen job applications, schedule interviews, and conduct background reference checks.
• Assist in coordinating new hires' onboarding and conduct orientation.
• Handle training administration, including course registration.
• Maintain up-to-date training database, records, and documentation for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor licensing course renewals and manage accruals for year-end closing of training invoices.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• Allocate codes to transactions in the accounting system.

Requirements:

• NITEC or “O” Levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years of accounts experience.
• Prior experience in using SAP accounting software will be an added advantage.
