HR Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance checking and overtime processing.
• Source and administer training needs, including sourcing, administration, and registration.
• Perform HR administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.
• Conduct staff orientation and regular briefings on company policies and procedures.
• Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers.
• Liaise with vendors regarding dormitory issues.
• Submit government-paid claims such as Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.
• Handle company insurance matters and claims.
• Plan and organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Undertake any ad-hoc HR and admin activities as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or Business Studies.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between HR and other departments.
• Knowledge of Info-Tech system is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of the Employment Act and HRIS.

ICP - MS / OES experience and knowledge is a MUST.

MUST have experience and knowledge in ISO 17025

Responsibilities

• Perform daily analysis of internal and external samples including urgent analysis requirements to support plant product, IQC,Raw materials samples, onsite plant UPW monitoring.
• Perform analysis qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses or chemical experiments in laboratories for quality or processcontrol or to develop new products or processes.
• Daily calibration/standard preparation, analytical instrument tuning and performance monitoring, performmaintenance/troubleshooting when necessary and keep track on the parts/consumables.
• Data key in LIMS, make calculations and interpret test results to determine if process changes are needed.
• Chemical inventory and waste disposal management.
• Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and flameionization detectors.
• Clearly labelling of all chemicals for storage and disposal of chemicals in a safe and responsible manner.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all calibrations and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Lab Manager.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Chemistry or chemical-related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Possess knowledge and experience in 1- 2 years ICPMS/OES.
• Possess some experience supervisory skills or competency in ISO/IEC 17025
• Experience in writing SOP.
